Space to Grow is a speech pathology and occupational therapy practice with clinics in Forest Lake and Coorparoo, working with people from around 9 months to 90+ years.
What we do
We provide speech pathology and occupational therapy in clinic, at kindy or school, and over telehealth. Our speech pathologists and occupational therapists work under one roof, so where a client sees both, their plans reinforce each other.
How we work
- Every client starts with a phone consultation, and an in-person assessment where one is needed
- We write an intervention plan with clear goals and a review point
- Sessions are play-based for young children and goal-based for older children and adults
- We coach the people around the client — parents, carers and educators
Our team
Our clinicians are certified practising speech pathologists and AHPRA-registered occupational therapists, and between them speak eight languages. You can read their profiles on the Meet the Team page.
Funding
We support NDIS (self, plan and agency-managed), Medicare care plans and private clients, and write the reports needed for plan reviews and funding requests.
