NDIS Pathways
We support NDIS participants of all ages under self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed plans, and write the reports needed for plan reviews.
How to get started
- Call 0493 719 759 or use the referral form with your plan details and goals
- We confirm capacity and book a phone consultation, then an intake appointment
- We provide a service agreement and, for plan and agency-managed clients, invoice your plan manager or the NDIA directly
What NDIS funding can cover with us
- Ongoing speech pathology and occupational therapy
- Functional capacity assessments (FCA)
- SDA, SIL and ILO assessments
- Home modification and assistive technology assessments
- Reports and attendance at planning meetings where useful
Which budget does therapy come from?
Therapy and most assessments are usually funded from Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. Assistive technology and home modifications draw on Capital budgets. If you are unsure what your plan allows, your support coordinator or plan manager can help, or ask us.
